nederlands-dansSorry to be missing this one. The Nederlands Dans Theater II is playing at the Joyce Theater in New York City from April 9th through April 12, 2009.
The group started with the purpose of training dancers between the ages of 17 and 22. It has now evolved into an eclectic and innovative dance unit.
The troupe will be performing Lightfoot León’s Sad Case, Said and Done and Shutters Shut – a duet set to a poem read by Gertrude Stein, and Kylián’s Sleepless, set to music by Dirk Haubrich.
The Joyce Theater is at 175 8th Avenue at 19th Street
